Volunteer for Vaccine Pop-Up Clinic

As part of Governor Polis’ Vaccines for All plan, our church will be a pop-up vaccine clinic location to help our neighbors in need gain access to a COVID-19 vaccine. In partnership with The Family Tree, a local non-profit, we will be hosting approximately 400-500 people May 14 to be vaccinated. We are in need of volunteers to set-up, help run the clinic, and tear down afterwards.

Questions? Contact Lori Schneider at lori@lumc.net or 970-333-1409.
